Buns

I really want to experiment baking other things. So I tried to bake a Pizza. Problem is, the crust became thick, so I called it Foccacia. Facepalm moment.

What’s the secret?

  1. Follow along this bread making recipe
  2. After the initial 45 minutes, flatten the dough.
  3. In a wok, take some oil and heat it.
  4. Add some chopped onions and garlic until the onions are fried.
  5. Add some peas and mushrooms, and saute until the veggies are cooked.
  6. Add some soy sauce to the same and mix it well.
  7. Take bits of dough, and flatten it to small circles.
  8. Place some of the veggies on the dough and enclose the dough to form shape of a bun.
  9. Bake the buns at 400F for 30 minutes.
